There’s loads of free car parking available at the St Ives Estate, from there you cycle up through the estate passed Alter Rock and out across Harden moor – the majority of the route is straightforward but there are a couple of technical decents that will test a lot of people’s mountain biking skills.

Another great thing about the route is that it passes a couple of pubs and a jolly nice tea room at Cold Stream Mills before dropping down towards Wilsden and the Malt Shovel just before the finish.
